How Much Will it Cost?

Our shipping cost calculations are rather complicated and are based upon the size and weight of each item. The easiest way to obtain a quote of shipping costs is, accordingly, simply to put the items you're interested in buying in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout; you will be shown your shipping charge and total before you complete checkout.

Shipping Methods:

FedEx International Priority Service:

To almost all destinations outside the USA, we offer Federal Express International Priority shipping. FedEx International Priority typically delivers within 24 to 48 hours of shipment pickup, and our arrangements with FedEx allow us to prepay customs processing charges, taxes and duties so that you do not have unpredictable and unexpected charges owing at the time of receipt.

Alternative Methods:

We are also able to ship using various services which, at this end, are handled by the US Postal Service and which are usually handled, in the destination country, by the official national postal service. We have found that our international customers are frequently quite unhappy with the speed, trackability, and quality of service offered by these methods, and we are unable to prepay customs charges, VAT and duties using these methods. Accordingly, on this site we offer these alternative methods only if your shipping address is in a country where Federal Express does not offer service.

Order Turnaround/Processing time:

We ship the majority of orders within one business day of receipt, and virtually all within two business days. If we have a temporary inventory shortfall or otherwise expect not to meet this timetable, we ordinarily will contact you to advise you of the issue and determine how to proceed. Please be sure to provide us a valid e-mail address at checkout so that we can contact you easily if necessary.
