Belden 1505A

Belden 1505A is a smaller version of our favourite all-around cable, Belden 1694A. Belden 1505A matches 1694A in construction and materials, and, like 1694A, is sweep-tested to 3 GHz. The difference is that Belden 1505A is an RG-59 cable while 1694A is an RG-6 cable, and the result is that (1) while Belden 1505A's specs are superb, it exhibits slightly higher attenuation than 1694A, and (2) 1505A is a bit thinner and more flexible than 1694A. We terminate our Belden 1505A cables with Canare crimp connectors.

ORDERING NOTES:
From the form below, you can order any available length of 1505A in any application. Be careful to ensure that all of the options are properly selected; in particular, be sure that your connector types are appropriate for the application. Unlike the order forms in our other departments, this form will not restrict you from ordering, for example, a BNC/BNC RF cable, and if you need F-Connectors at both ends as is typical for that application, the cable won't fit. See the table below the form for details as to the number of conductors and the strain relief boot colour-coding for each application.

The following is a listing of these attributes. PLEASE NOTE: strain relief on 1/8 inch mini-plugs is provided by a metal spring rather than a silicone boot and so 1/8 inch plugs are NOT colour-coded.
